Hippo Club 2024!

Oh my goodness, Hippos have definitely been a "thing" for me here at lolodidit!! Hippo colorways all started with Hippo for Christmas, which was a gray base with Christmas Colored speckles!!! From that point, I basically lost my mind and did so many hippo themed clubs, holidays, etc!! 2022 

ABOUT THIS CLUB: This is an entirely cohesive color collection. The colors can all go together. Every single one is a gray base (Naked Hippo) with different colored speckles! 

YOU CHOOSE THE COLORS: This is something different than I have ever done before! This club is ENTIRELY INTERACTIVE! We will be voting on what color to add to the Hippo Club Colorway next! 

Each month's Hippo Color will be ADDING one color to the speckles. So January will have 1 color of speckles, and February will have 2 colors of speckles, and March will have 3 colors...and so on! SO MUCH FUN!

The votes will take place in our Patron Group within Mighty Networks!  Our Mighty Networks Community is Free as long as you're a lolodidit.com customer, so please join us! Our Patron Group is within this community with TONS of perks and is $5.99/month. The first month is always free. So it's totally worth checking out. 

IS THIS EXCLUSIVE TO THE CLUB? No, you don't have to have a subscription. You can check out as a "one time" option. If you check out by the 7th of each month, you will be shipped that month's club the last week of the month. So you don't have to join the subscription to get this club colorway, this is a convenience (and a discount). 

YOUR FIRST ORDER: If you place your order by January 7th, you will get the first colorway of the 12 colorway collection and it will be shipped the last week of January. 

I will also edit your subscription's charge date, so don't be alarmed by that email. I give everyone extra time to sign up so I need to edit that to make it work smoothly.

WHEN CAN I SIGN UP? You can join in the collection anytime! If you place your order by the 8th of the month, you will receive that month's color. 

What will I get in my package?

You will receive one skein of the month's colorway on the yarn base of your choice.

You can choose from 3 yarn bases.

LORIGINAL - fingering weight | 3 ply | 100g | 440 yards | 85% extra fine superwash merino | 15% nylon

FAQS:

• When will my subscription ship?

The last week of each month.

• What does "subscription" mean?

It means, every month you will be charged for the choice you've selected. The charge will happen every month on the 1st of the month.

• This is my first month signing up, will I get this month's colorway?

If you place your order by the 7th of the month, you will receive that month’s shipment. If you check out or begin your subscription after the 7th of the month, you will have to wait until the next month to receive your first package. Orders placed by the 7th of each month will have their package shipped on the last week of the that month.

• How long is this club? How many recurring months will I be charged?

This 12 Skein Gradient Collection is 12 months long. The first month is January 2024, and the last shipment of this collection will be December 2024. You can cancel at any time. Just log into your account on lolodidit.com and click "Manage Subscriptions" and you can cancel it there.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT CANCEL AT THE END OF 2024. If you're a subscriber in December 2024, you will automatically be enrolled in the Hippo Club 2025. If you would like to cancel, you will need to cancel your club anytime you'd like. 

• Will you release extras of the yarn, if you have any left over after the subscribers receive theirs?

I will offer the extras during the Patron Auction, which happens once/month - see the events calendar in Mighty Networks.

• I would like to change what yarn base I receive with the next shipment.

Just log into your account on lolodidit.com and click "Manage Subscriptions" and you can manage it there.

• What if I want to cancel my subscription or change what I want?

Just log into your account on lolodidit.com and click "Manage Subscriptions" and you can manage it there.

• I have a coupon code, can I use this on the subscription?

Coupon codes cannot be used on any subscriptions or clubs. 

• Can I combine my regular orders with a subscription, so they ship all at once?

We will not combine regular orders with clubs.

• I don't like the colorway I received, can I return it and receive store credit?

Made to Order: All sales are final on made to order listings, as this yarn is dyed especially for you.

• I need to change my address because I moved or want my subscription shipped to another location.

You will need to email support@lolodidit.com to make sure we didn't already start processing the next order and we can catch it before it goes out. Please give us as much notice as possible!!!
