Hippo Club 2023 Club!!

Oh my goodness, Hippos have definitely been a "thing" for me here at lolodidit!! Hippo colorways all started with Hippo for Christmas, which was a gray base with Christmas Colored speckles!!! From that point, I basically lost my mind and did so many hippo themed clubs, holidays, etc!! 2022 I took a break from Hippos but have has SOOOOO many requests to bring them back!!! Your wish has been granted!!!!

ABOUT THIS CLUB: This is an entirely cohesive color collection. The colors can all go together. Every single one is a gray base (Naked Hippo) with different colored speckles! Each month, I will choose a different color theme that will include birthstone colors. ALL the speckles won't be the birthstone color, but you will see it in there.

IS THIS EXCLUSIVE TO THE CLUB? No, you don't have to join the subscription to get this club colorway, this is a convenience (and a discount). But, if you're a Hippo Lover, I'd suggest joining the club! 

YOUR FIRST ORDER: If you place your order by the 1st of the month, you will be signed up for the subscription and your first installment will be shipped at the end the month.

WHEN CAN I SIGN UP? You can join in the collection anytime! If you place your order by the 8th of the month, you will receive that month's color. 

What will I get in my package?

You will receive one skein of the month's colorway on the yarn base of your choice.

FAQS:

• When will my subscription ship?

The last week of each month.

• What does "subscription" mean?

It means, every month you will be charged for the choice you've selected. The charge will happen every month on the 1st of the month.

• This is my first month signing up, will I get this month's colorway?

If you place your order by the 8th of the month, you will receive that month’s shipment. If you check out or begin your subscription after the 8th of the month, you will have to wait until the next month to receive your first package. Orders placed by the 8h of each month will have their package shipped on the last week of the that month.

• How long is this club? How many recurring months will I be charged?

12 months long. The first month is January 2023, and the last shipment will be December 2023. You can cancel at any time. Just log into your account on lolodidit.com and click "Manage Subscriptions" and you can cancel it there.

• Will you release extras of the yarn, if you have any left over after the subscribers receive theirs?

I will offer the extras during the Patron Auction, which happens once/month - see the events calendar in Mighty Networks.

• I would like to change what yarn base I receive with the next shipment.

• What if I want to cancel my subscription or change what I want?

Just log into your account on lolodidit.com and click "Manage Subscriptions" and you can manage it there.

• I have a coupon code, can I use this on the subscription?

Coupon codes cannot be used on any subscriptions or clubs. 

• Can I combine my regular orders with a subscription, so they ship all at once?

We will not combine regular orders with clubs.

• I don't like the colorway I received, can I return it and receive store credit?

Made to Order: All sales are final on made to order listings, as this yarn is dyed especially for you.

• I need to change my address because I moved or want my subscription shipped to another location.

You will need to email support@lolodidit.com to make sure we didn't already start processing the next order and we can catch it before it goes out. Please give us as much notice as possible!!!
