We also have an ongoing shipping promotion for our US customers!

If you are purchasing more that $999 in product, click here for details.
When will my points for loyalty rewards show up on my account after a purchase?
Once your order is fulfilled, that is when you will get your rewards points for purchases.
Help! I don't know how to redeem my "Free Item" discount code I received from the Loyalty Rewards!
First, you must place the item in your shopping cart. For example, if it's a free tape measure, put a tape measure in your cart. When you're ready to check out, click "Check Out" and there is a section called "gift card or discount code" that is where you'll put in your discount code. Click Apply, and you're all set with your free item! If you still ned help, please email me contact@lolodidit.com

I'm traveling to Kentucky! Can I come see you and pick up yarn?!
Our warehouse studio is only a work space and is not a retail or pick up location.
When will you have ____ colorway in stock again?
For Signature Colorways, you will also see an option to email you when the colorway is back in stock, so you will automatically be emailed when it's back!
You can also order yarn Dyed to Order. Click here to order Dyed to Order!
If you do not see the colorway on the shop at all, it is probably seasonal and will be back during a specific time of year. If you're still curious, email support@lolodidit.com.
Do you dye custom colorways?
We do not dye custom colorways, but I am always open to ideas, suggestions, and inspiration.
Can you wind my yarn into a ball or "cake?"
We do not have a ball winding service.
How do I care for hand dyed yarn?
For best results soak in a basin of cold water for no longer than 5 minutes, with 1 teaspoon unscented wool wash. Lay flat to dry. Minimal bleeding can occur on the first few washes (especially with pinks and reds). Using a color catcher is a great way prevent any excess dye from getting on other colors in your project.
How we wash the yarn before it is shipped to you:
We use unscented Eucalan on all yarn. We rinse all the yarn in water to make sure the water is running clear, and then soak it in Eucalan for 5 minutes. Even with this process, minimal bleeding can occur on the first few washes (especially with pinks and reds).
Scented Detergent:
The reason I recommend unscented, is some soap companies use alcohol-based scents instead of natural scents or essential oils. The alcohol bases can cause bleeding or fading of the dye. The scented wool washes I recommend are Eucalan and Soak, please follow the guidelines and care instructions.

Do you collaborate with knit or crochet designers?
I do! Look here for Yarn Support information.
I have a podcast/blog/Instagram/event coming up, will you donate yarn?
I am extremely selective on who I send yarn to, it is financially impossible to send yarn to all of you amazing podcasters/bloggers/event coordinator, even though it's tempting. I know how hard you work at what you do, but please appreciate that we also work hard at what we do. Lolodidit is a full time business supporting my family and employees.
I do not send yarn to anyone who has solicited me for giveaways. When I do giveaways or send to podcasters/bloggers/designers, it is because I have personally been inspired by those people. Please do not contact me with requests.
Can I use your photos in my podcast/blog/Instagram, etc?
I would absolutely love that! All of the photos belong to lolodidit under copyright law, please credit the photos by using my website, my Instagram name, or #lolodidit. Businesses who would like to use my photos or photographs of my yarn, please see below.
Can I use your yarn or patterns for my business?
Any yarn purchased, if knitted, crocheted, woven, etc. can definitely be used for your small business! I love seeing makers everywhere use my yarn for their projects or selling the finished items!
Patterns can also be used for your small business to make the item to sell. But, patterns are not to be resold or printed and sold. None of my patterns are available for purchase in yarn stores or as kits. Please purchase my patterns from www.ravelry.com or www.lolodidit.com.
Lolodidit Yarn is not intended to be purchased for resale unless there has been a specific agreement made between Lauren Slagle of lolodidit and the business reselling the yarn.
Any photos of lolodidit yarn in its original form (in a skein or untwisted) and not knitted, crocheted, woven, etc. can not be used for business purposes unless a specific agreement is made between Lauren Slagle of lolodidit and that business.
The yarn in its original form is artwork and belongs to Lauren Slagle of lolodidit and should not be used for business or commercial purposes, including but not limited to photographs of that yarn.
Will you teach me how to dye yarn?
I enjoy hearing how many of you are inspired to dye yarn from following me. It's truly humbling. However, this is my business, I have developed my own way of dyeing through trial and error and have invested a lot of time and money into this business. I hope you can appreciate that I will not train up my competition. If you do choose to go into the yarn dyeing business, though, I wish you all the success and cannot wait to see what you create.
Do you sell to local yarn stores?
Yes! We have tiered pricing available to yarn store who are interested in carry lolodidit yarn in their shop! Click here for details.
