PAYMENT METHOD: I highly recommend not using Shop Pay, and instead typing in your credit card number directly. Shop Pay has proven to be difficult for subscription members to edit their card information if there are any changes in the middle of the year. 

Hippo Club 2025!

Oh my goodness, Hippos have definitely been a "thing" for me here at lolodidit!! Hippo colorways all started with Hippo for Christmas, which was a gray base with Christmas Colored speckles!!! From that point, I basically lost my mind and did so many hippo themed clubs, holidays, etc!! 

ABOUT THIS CLUB: This year, we are doing Monthly Flower Inspiration!! Each month's birthday flowers will be represented each month, along with 2 matching mini skeins.

MONTHS/INSPIRATION/DATES TO ORDER:

If you don't want to order the subscription and get these beauties in the mail each month, you can purchase a single skein/month. In parenthesis are the dates you need to order to get the month you want. 

Each month's Hippo Color will have at least 2 colored speckles to represent the flowers + 2 mini skeins, 1 skein to represent each flower. 

For those who don't love surprises: These colors shouldn't really be a surprise to you, you can always google the color of the flowers. If there are flowers that have lots of colors, expect more than one speckle to represent that flower. For example: Holly is green and red. But there are lots of colors of carnation flowers. 

IS THIS EXCLUSIVE TO THE CLUB? There will probably be some extras each month, but those will only be available to Plus Members. If you'd like this club, you need to order the subscription or use our One Time Purchase option to get the month you want. 

What will I get in my package?

1) Full Skein on a yarn base of your choice - Speckled Hippo Colorway

2) mini skeins (Lil Lolo) on the matching weight (fingering or dk) - Tonal Colors

FAQS:

• When will my subscription ship?

The 1st week of each month.

• What does "subscription" mean?

It means, every month you will be charged for the choice you've selected. The charge will happen every month on the 5th of the month.

• This is my first month signing up, will I get this month's colorway?

See the dates above, if you order within those dates, you will receive that month.

• How long is this club? How many recurring months will I be charged?

This 12 Colorway Collection is 12 months long. The first month is January 2025, and the last shipment of this collection will be December 2024. You can cancel at any time. Just log into your account on lolodidit.com and click "Manage Subscriptions" and you can cancel it there.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT CANCEL AT THE END OF 2025. If you're a subscriber in December 2025, you will automatically be enrolled in the Hippo Club 2025. If you would like to cancel, you will need to cancel your club anytime you'd like. 

• Will you release extras of the yarn, if you have any left over after the subscribers receive theirs?

I will offer the extras during the Plus Member Auction, which happens once/month - see the events calendar in Mighty Networks.

• I would like to change what yarn base I receive with the next shipment.

• What if I want to cancel my subscription or change what I want?

• I have a coupon code, can I use this on the subscription?

Coupon codes cannot be used on any subscriptions or clubs. 

• Can I combine my regular orders with a subscription, so they ship all at once?

We will not combine regular orders with clubs.

• I don't like the colorway I received, can I return it and receive store credit?

Made to Order: All sales are final on made to order listings, as this yarn is dyed especially for you.

• I need to change my address because I moved or want my subscription shipped to another location.

You will need to email support@lolodidit.com to make sure we didn't already start processing the next order and we can catch it before it goes out. Please give us as much notice as possible!!!
