The Outlander Club is BACK!!

Droughtlander is over and the new season is about to start!! We are also starting a new club!! We are continuing our color scheme from the last Outlander Club, but this time instead of Sophisticate Tonal style, we are going with speckles!! 

ABOUT THIS CLUB: This is a completely cohesive collection, speckles and go perfectly with the last Outlander Club colors!

IS THIS EXCLUSIVE TO THE CLUB? No, each month, I will have a listing of the Outlander Colorway of the month! So you don't have to join the subscription to get this club colorway, this is a convenience (and a discount). 

WHEN CAN I SIGN UP? Sign up anytime! The cut off date to order that month's colorway is the 25th of the month before. For example, you need to sign up by July 25th to get August's colorway.

What will I get in my package?

You will receive one skein of the month's colorway on the yarn base of your choice.

You can choose from 2 yarn bases.

FAQS:

• When will my subscription ship?

The third week of each month.

• What does "subscription" mean?

It means, every month you will be charged for the choice you've selected. The charge will happen every month on the 25th of the month. 

• This is my first month signing up, will I get this month's colorway?

If you place your order by the 25th of the month, you will receive that month’s shipment. If you check out or begin your subscription after the 25th of the month, you will have to wait until the next month to receive your first package. Orders placed by the 25th of each month will have their package shipped on the third week of the next month. 

• How long is this club? How many recurring months will I be charged?

12 months long. The first month is July 2023, and the last shipment will be June 2024. You can cancel at any time. CLICK HERE to cancel your subscription.

• Will you release extras of the yarn, if you have any left over after the subscribers receive theirs? 

If you don't order when that listing is available, any extras will be put in our Exclusive Shopping Section for our Mighty Networks Patrons

• I would like to change what yarn base I receive with the next shipment.

• What if I want to cancel my subscription or change what I want?

• I have a coupon code, can I use this on the subscription?

Coupon codes cannot be used on any subscriptions. Subscriptions are already discounted.

• Can I combine my regular orders with a subscription, so they ship all at once?

Subscription orders cannot be combined with any other items.

• I don't like the colorway I received, can I return it and receive store credit?

Made to Order: All sales are final on made to order listings, as this yarn is dyed especially for you.  

• I need to change my address because I moved or want my subscription shipped to another location.

You will need to email support@lolodidit.com to make sure we didn't already start processing the next order and we can catch it before it goes out. Please give us as much notice as possible!!!
