1 Full skein of Loriginal with 3 Lil Lolo mini skeins of Loriginal
or 
1 full skein of Cashmino DK with 3 skeins of Halfsie DK

About Yardage FOR DK: If you are knitting above a Men's Size 13, you may need extra yarn for the MC. Julie's pattern does not give guidance for yardage by size, so I am just speaking on personal experience.  She does stretch the yarn well with the extra mini skeins, so perhaps adding stripes of those colors will help.
